Inspection lighting
Vertical bars down both sides of each bay and a run overhead, all at 5000K. A panel can be checked from any angle without moving the car.
Paint depth gauge
Ultrasonic, calibrated monthly against a known standard. Every reading that goes in your report comes off this.
Dual action polishers
Forced rotation for cutting, free spinning for refining. No rotary machines, which is why nothing leaves here with buffer trails.
Filtered air and a sealed floor
Grit is what turns a polish into a scratch. The bays are sealed, the floor is coated, and pads are washed between every panel.
